HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT CUP OF THE VILLAGE CHAI

For added or lesser strength, adjust the amount of spices and tea

* 1 Serving *

Step 1

To a small pot add:
5/8 cup of water (5oz)

Kenyan Chai
1 tsp Kenyan tea

+ ½ tsp of masala spice

Assam Chai
1½ to 2 tsp Assam tea

+ ½ tsp of masala spices

Darjeeling Chai
1½ to 2 tsp Darjeeling tea

+ ½ tsp of masala spices

Step 2

Bring to a boil
Remove from heat

Step 3

Add 5/8 milk (3oz)*
Add 1.5 tsp brown sugar
Return to a boil

*You can add any
plant-based milk alternative
or sweetener.

Step 4

Strain it into a cup
Drink while hot & Enjoy!
